NIBA is aware that a number of training providers are offering courses on the proposed amendments to the Insurance Contracts Act.
NIBA is continually monitoring this situation and their legal and technical team has advised that the amendments to the Act and the time for release have not yet been finalised.
For this reason, NIBA plans to provide training on the amendments once they are complete, so that members can undertake one up-to-date training course with all of correct and required information.
