NIBA’s Need a Broker service continues to grow in popularity, with the call centre receiving record levels of use in May, helping connect more potential clients with brokers than ever before.
In May, the Need a Broker hotline handled 2466 enquiries – almost all of which generate direct leads to NIBA members. Meanwhile, the Need a Broker website consistently receives 7000 hits per month.
In addition, a new series of Need a Broker promotional ads is featuring on the Australian Business Information Service website (aubis.com.au) and enewsletter, the audience of which is predominantly SME business owners and tradies.
Only NIBA member brokerages with at least one QPIB on staff are eligible to be listed on the Need a Broker site. Brokers who are authorised representatives of a NIBA member may also be included on the site if they have attained QPIB status.
NIBA CEO Dallas Booth said: “Need a Broker continues to provide genuine new business leads to NIBA members every day and is a very important resource. We encourage all our members to ensure their brokerage profiles and specialties are updated and accurate to ensure they are benefitting from these opportunities.”
