Five brokers from South Australia and Northern Territory have been confirmed as finalists for the region’s NIBA broker awards.
Andrew Benda, of City Rural Insurance Brokers and Ali Conte, of Arthur J Gallagher are in the running to be named SA/NT Broker of the Year.
The state’s winners will be named on 3 July, at the NIBA SA Gala Lunch. They will then go on to contest the national awards, announced at the NIBA Convention in Melbourne in September.
The winner of the Zurich-sponsored national Broker of the Year Award will receive an overseas travel and business development experience valued in the region of $20,000.
Meanwhile, the three finalists for the SA/NT Young Professional Broker of the Year have also been announced, as Alex Conlon of BJS Insurance Brokers, Genevieve Mathews of Aon and Katie Stephenson of Arthur J Gallagher.
The winner will also be announced at the SA Gala Lunch and go into contention for the Vero-sponsored Warren Tickle Memorial Award, and a professional development and travel package worth $10,000.
Meanwhile, the first NIBA broker award regional winners were named last week, with the announcement of the Victoria/Tasmania victors.
