AFCA Member Forums 2019

NIBA has been advised that Australia Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) will continue the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) approach of holding member forums around Australia during the course of 2019.

The purpose of the forums is to allow industry members to discuss specific issues with the Ombudsman, senior management and AFCA staff.
