There is an ANZIIF unit specifically for insurance brokers wanting to build the skills and knowledge required to identify, analyse and implement insurance program changes for a client by undertaking a review existing insurance program and history.
This unit is for brokers who want to:
- develop the interpersonal, analytical and communication skills needed to effectively anticipate and monitor a client’s ongoing needs
- identify new and changed risks
- negotiate insurance program changes with the insurer
- communicate new products or changes to their existing program to clients.

This unit meets the requirements of AQF competency FNSIBK508 ‘Implement changes to broking client’s insurance program’ and FNSIBK514 ‘Manage a complex risk portfolio for a broking client’ and is delivered via ANZIIF as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 3596).
