This ANZIIF unit provides brokers with the skills needed to monitor, collect, analyse and understand information on external and internal environments; complete a SWOT analysis; identify and determine the viability of new business opportunities; and develop a business case that summarises findings and presents recommendations to stakeholders.
Aimed at experienced brokers with more than four years of experience, the unit is suitable for large or small organisations dealing with retail and/or commercial clients.
This unit meets the requirements of AQTF competency ‘FNSSAM502 Assess market needs’ and is delivered via ANZIIF as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 3596).
