This ANZIIF Skills Unit covers the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service, and its role in building and maintaining business profitability. It is aimed at professionals working in small or large insurance and finance businesses, dealing with retail and/or commercial clients.
On completion, students will be able to identify, model and meet expected industry professional approaches to procedures, guidelines, policies, standards and ethical requirements.
This unit meets the requirements of AQF competency ‘FNSINC401 Apply principles of professional practice to work in the financial services industry’ and is delivered via ANZIIF as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 3596).
