Finally, learn the best way to communicate the terms of settlement to your client and how to update and maintain the required files and records. Aimed at brokers with over four years of experience in big or small businesses, this unit is suitable for interactions with both retail and/or commercial clients.
This unit meets the requirements of AQTF competency ‘FNSIBK512 Negotiate complex claims settlement for insurance broking client’ and is delivered via ANZIIF as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 3596).
