With service becoming a key differentiator for client’s when choosing a broker, being able to review and improve your business’ standards is key to standing out from the crowd and retaining business.
This unit will develop the skills and knowledge required to create and implement a service performance review, collect and analyse performance data (quantitative and qualitative) in relation to the service provided to your clients, and create and rollout a strategy to improve performance. It will also teach the fundamentals of establishing an ongoing system to monitor performance standards into the future.
