Based in NSW and keen to get the skills to stand out among your peers? Then you’ve got just two days left make it happen.

Applications for the Vero NIBA Presentation Skills Program close this Friday, 25 September.

Now in its third year, the popular program offers 20 insurance professionals in NSW an opportunity to develop their presentation and networking skills.

Comprised of a series of practical workshops, the program offers participants a holistic approach to presentation skills, teaching technical awareness of communication and the importance of effective networking.

The program was designed specifically for the insurance industry with the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and well-known corporate trainer Nikki Heald of Corptraining.

Tuesday 13 October, 4-6pm – Networking at events (Nikki Heald)

Tuesday 27 October, 9am-12.30pm – Communicating with Impact (NIDA)

Tuesday 10 November, 9am-12 noon – One on One Presentation Skills (Nikki Heald)

Tuesday 17 November, 4-6pm – Boardroom Presentation Practical Exercise

Sponsored by Vero, the program has been heavily subsidised, with the cost of participating $315. Attendees also earn 10 CPD points.

Insurance professionals of all levels are invited to apply by submitting a 300-word application outlining:

  2. Why you feel networking and presentation skills are important to your current role.
  3. What are the key learnings you hope to achieve from this program?
