Helping brokers harness the power of social media and digital technologies to improve their businesses will be the focus of a new series of workshops being hosted by Elantis Premium Funding.
The Elantis Learning Academy will visit Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and New Zealand between June and September, and aims to provide practical guidance to brokers and their staff on how to build business effectively, while enhancing customer service.
The workshops will be presented by business transformation and digital media writer and researcher, Brad Howarth.
Sophie Arkelidis, Head of Marketing, AU and NZ for Elantis Premium Funding, said: “Technology in the workplace allows businesses to expand quickly and efficiently.
“Video conferencing, social networks and virtual office technology has removed workplace boundaries that previously limited business expansion. Understanding and applying technology within businesses can help them target a wider customer base and grow to higher levels.”
The Elantis Learning Academy workshops are accredited for NIBA CPD points and will take place on the following dates and locations:-
- Brisbane – 16 June
- Sydney – 12 August
- Melbourne – 19 August
- Adelaide – 21 September
- New Zealand – TBC September & October
A number of the topics covered by the workshops will also be presented as webinars for brokers unable to attend in person.
