Delegate registration for the 2016 NIBA Convention in Melbourne is now open – with early bird rates available until Monday 11 July.
This year’s event takes place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 11-13 September and promises to be one of the insurance events of 2016.
Already the keynote speakers have been announced, including Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Michelle Payne, and with a program also featuring a range of insurance thought leaders there will once again be something for insurance professionals of all levels of experience.
Early bird prices for NIBA members begin at $1145 for full registration, which includes attendance at all social events. Young Professionals can secure a full registration flat rate for just $795. Full pricing details can be found here.
NIBA CEO Dallas Booth said: “Our theme for the 2016 NIBA Convention is Reinvention. This is a year of change for NIBA as an association, but also a time of rapid evolution in the world we live and work in.
“We’ve planned a program that doesn’t just look at the insurance world of tomorrow – it aims to showcase how our lives will be lived five years from now.
“How will companies operate? How will automation impact on our sector? How will consumers base their purchasing decisions? And what personal and professional skills will be needed to thrive in this environment?”
The draft program for the 2016 NIBA Convention can be found here. Further sessions will be detailed on an on-going basis. Once again the Convention will be rated at 12 CPD points for full attendance.
After the event achieved record levels of exhibitors in 2015 those interested in pursuing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are urged to act swiftly. The full S&E Prospectus can be viewed here.
