NIBA members form the majority of names on the recently released Insurance Business Elite Brokers list taking 22 spots in the final list of 28 top entrants for 2017.

For five years now, Insurance Business has undertaken an annual search for the best insurance brokers in Australia not just those with the biggest portfolios or largest clients. Elite Brokers ranks brokers on a number of performance metrics to ensure that all entrants are compared on a level playing field. These metrics include number of policies written, revenue and client retention to find the country’s best broker.

The list acknowledges some of the high achievers in broking in Australia with many brokers having appeared on the list in 2016 as well. Insurance Business calls the brokers on the list fine examples of the enormous value the sector provides to the wider community.

The winner of the 2016 NIBA Stephen Ball Memorial Broker of the Year, Dale Hansen from Austbrokers Coast to Coast featured prominently on the list as did other NIBA members including Andrew Bourke from Dynamic Insurance Brokers, Adam Pile of Insurance HQ, David Coe of Northwest Insurance, David Summers of Markey Insurance Brokers, James Fletcher of Malton Road Advisory, Jason Bresland of Bresland Insurance Group, Joe Khoury of Insurance One, Karen Hardy of ACME Insurance Brokers, Prudence Chang of National Credit Insurance Brokers the co-chair of Vic/ Tas NIBA YP Committee, Kate Fairley of Simplex Insurance Solutions, Kristy Caccaviello of Geelong Insurance Brokers, Kay Jackson also of Simplex Insurance Solutions, Phil Tasker of Unity Insurance Brokers, Michael Stewart of Stewart Insurance Group, Ken Dixon of Dixon Insurance Services, Luke Phillips of Gardian Insurance Services, Victor Dabrowski Securitex Financial Services, Robert Cooper of Cooper Professional Risks, Roxanne Heibloem of Roxanne Insurance Broker, Daniel Webber of Webber Insurance Services, Vanessa Davis of B&L Financial Services and Shane Moore of Trade Risk.

Being selected for this year’s list will has seen brokers featured in Insurance Business magazine and online as well as receiving exclusive marketing collateral to promote the achievement to clients and being marked as one of the best in the industry.
