NIBA mentoring comes to Tasmania

The hugely successful NIBA Mentoring Program will launch a pilot in Tasmania with applications closing at the end of August. There is a growing need for experienced professionals and younger professionals to collaborate and utilise their own experiences to up skill each other.

Kari Jennings, Account Executive, Willis Towers Watson believes that her experience in the NIBA Mentoring Program exceeded her expectations, “Not only have I gained a mentor, but a friend who I can bounce ideas off in a positive and safe environment. The program has challenged me, encouraged me to set goals, achieve those goals and ultimately improved my confidence.”

The 2019 NIBA Mentoring Program is an opportunity for both mentors and mentees to develop themselves professionally, acquire new skills and foster lasting relationships.

Each mentee is paired with a mentor whose experience aligns with their objectives to ensure they receive the level of support required to achieve their professional goals.
