The deadline to bid a broker for the NIBA Young Professional Broker of the Year Award is rapidly approaching, with final nominations due in by 29 February.
The winners of the regional award, which include NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT, WA and QLD, will go in the running to take out the Warren Tickle Memorial Award, which will be announced at the NIBA Convention in September.
In association with Vero, the Warren Tickle Memorial Award goes to a young insurance broker below the age of 35 who exhibits an outstanding level of professionalism and integrity.
The state winners will attend a two-day personal development workshop in Sydney, as well as the NIBA Convention in Melbourne, with all costs for attendance met by the sponsor including airfares, registration and accommodation.
Entries are assessed by the state/territory judging panel throughout March and April and finalists are announced at regional events in May and July.
All state/territory finalists are then eligible for the Warren Tickle Memorial Award, with the winner to receive a tailored personal and business development experience to the approximate value of $10,000.
