Preparing a new business submission

Being able to prepare comprehensive submissions to insurers and underwriters is an essential part of an insurance brokers job that ANZIIF can help you master.

5 weeks duration | 10 CIP points | AUD $375

This Skills Unit will develop the communication, interpersonal and analytical skills required to develop and maintain a new client relationship. This includes learning how to determine your client’s needs and risk profile, identify and develop an appropriate insurance program and provide general and personal advice. Gain the skills and knowledge required to collate this information and effectively communicate recommendations and options in a written submission to your prospective new client. This unit is aimed at brokers with four or more years’ experience and is suitable for both retail and commercial clients.
