NIBA Principal Members have been invited to attend the NIBA Annual General Meeting on Thursday 22 February 2018 at 12.00 noon at the association’s headquarters in North Sydney.
The President of the peak body for general insurance brokers, Tim Wedlock said, “The past 12 months have been very challenging, but also very rewarding for brokers and for NIBA. For the first time in a number of years, the industry saw premiums start to rise, which presents its own challenges in terms of preparing clients for an increasingly hard market.”

He continued that the association’s financial report shows a small surplus for the financial year ending 31 October 2017. Following the AGM itself, Members will have the opportunity to meet the NIBA Board and CEO, ask questions and make comments and suggestions on the ongoing work of NIBA on brokers’ behalf.
Any Principal Member who is not able to attend the briefing is welcome to pass the invitation to a colleague who is able to represent their firm.
