QBE has launched its first Heavy Vehicle Repairer Network, providing customers access to end-to-end heavy vehicle repairs from accredited specialist providers across Australia.
Executive General Manager Claims, Jon Fox, said that the insurer had partnered with businesses who share its commitment to delivering excellent customer service and the network would mean faster repair cycle times and guaranteed quality repairs. “As one of Australia’s largest heavy vehicle insurers and in line with our commitment to providing the best possible customer experience, we’re pleased to launch a heavy vehicle repairer network of preferred suppliers. This supply chain will help us to ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service, high quality, efficient and cost-effective repairs from suppliers we’re confident can meet evolving customer expectations.”
Fox said he expected the network would see similar successes as QBE’s new ASR Network, relaunched this year, and the new network was a key part of the insurers strategic claims review. “We’ve seen some fantastic early success off the back of our ASR launch including NPS results that show better customer claims experiences, an average three-day reduction in repair cycle time and significantly reduced travel distances for customers.
“We’re confident our heavy haulage network will see similar positive customer outcomes. These efforts are part of our broader focus on enriching the customer journey, using data and technology to deliver best practice and through strategic supplier excellence.”
