Medical indemnity insurer Tego will be implementing a full life-cycle insurance distribution and policy processing platform after signing with Chinese digital insurance solution provider eBaoTech.
Tego CEO Eric Lowenstein said: “We were impressed by the strong capabilities and flexibility of Collaborus Cloud which allows full policy lifecycle for brokers, internal insurance processing staff and underwriters. The Cloud approach and out-of-box iform functions will enable us to provide an integrated application form on our website and quickly expand our business.”
The Collaborus Cloud is a global digital insurance platform, providing multi-lingual (real time language switch) and multi-currency capability that also allows country level product configuration.
Ken Slevin, GM of Collaborus Business Unit and Corporate VP, eBaoTech said he believed the software platform will quickly deliver value to underwriters and brokers and insurers, particularly start-ups.
eBao Tech claims insurer AIG (in nearly 10 countries) as one of its customers.
